COUNTRY MANAGER

As Adanian labs Country Manager, you will be involved in all our processes and get a 360° view on the company operations of all the startups incubated. You will be developing, promoting, and strategically growing the company in your respective country.

What You’ll Do

Develop Company Operations Plan

  • Management of the company operations in the country by managing all entities and startups in place  

  • Establishing and managing the relationships with local businesses and communities that will lead to the direct growth of Ada labs.

Implement Brand Strategies:

  • Devise advertising, promotional plans, product positioning, and local brand marketing development.

  • Manage the business profitability by overseeing business development strategies.

  • Creating awareness by developing  local specific  marketing  initiates along with the marketing team

  • Engaging with existing and potential clients.

Team building and Training

  • Oversee the development of the internal team support all projects and ensure easy on-boarding and ongoing professional development for startups

Generate Progress Reports

  • Continuous assess company progress, sales, and marketing successes and compile reports to submit to the CEO at the headquarters.

  • Present reports regarding budgets, sales growth or declines, new business leads, and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of proven senior managerial experience with tech startups

  • Master’s degree, marketing or finance business Administration. 

  • Management: oversee all aspects of business operations, including recruiting and training staff and maintaining budgets.

  • Regional expertise: Country Managers must also possess a deep understanding of their country’s local politics to enforce laws and regulations.

  • Strategic planning: Using research to develop brand strategies and implement them to promote company products and services.

Skills & Competences:

  • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision

  • Ability to assemble and manage teams.

  • Presentation, analytical and planning skills are essential.

  • Above-average people management, customer service and leadership skills.
