The Audio-Visual Producer/Digital Media producer will be involved in creating audio-visual products: films, commercials, and audio and video messages for online formats. Media producers will be responsible for tasks, such as animation and narration, editing and arranging videos or developing program material.





What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the production of digital media including videos, website development, online advertising, and email marketing.

  • Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.

  • Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.

  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.

  • Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.

  • Brainstorming subject matter and choosing topics for videos, writing scripts and titles, editing audio or video footage for media projects.

  • Using their knowledge of software programs like Final Cut Pro, AVID, After Effects and Photoshop to create visual pieces.

  • Take responsibility for sales and community dynamics. This includes collaboration with our Adanian labs Sales team and Community teams.

  • Work closely within the Operations and human resource in Maintenance of teams to ensure the highest level of startups experience and satisfaction.

  • Manage day-to-day team member’s needs and works to get to know member companies and develop meaningful relationships to provide them with the best resources and opportunities possible.

  • Coordinate and run events and ongoing tailored programming, with the ability to assess outcomes, receive feedback, analyze methods and techniques, and participate in the ongoing development of events and programming.

  • Connect your members to the wider Adanian community, ensuring that knowledge and resources are shared between the various branches, ultimately "graduating" Labs members to offices when their ventures mature.

  • Create and manage a Labs alumni community, continuing to involve them in mentoring the new generation of startups participating in the program.

  • Build strong relationships between the business community, local government, and the Labs community.

  • Maybe you can add coordinating with external partners, managing short term Adanian Lab projects, working with communications teams to ensure proper brand positioning.

About the Role

  • Knowledge in Business incubation and acceleration programs in business administration and program coordination.

  • Working knowledge of industrial-organizational psychology, general management, sales, and marketing and Familiarity with software engineering principles.

  • Strong understanding of start-up financing and operations (burn rate, funding rounds, organizational scaling).

  • Applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, ordinances, statutes, and regulations.

  • 2 years’ Experience in operations, project management, Administration, sales, and/or customer service from an experience-based environment.

  • BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or other related degree

  • P&L experience required.
