MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST

We are looking to hire a Market Research analyst to help us keep growing. The successful market researcher will be able to analyze autonomously qualitative data, trends, strategies and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect data on users, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations

  • Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences

  • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it

  • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis

  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation

  • Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct

  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties’ researches and implement best practices Formulate a plan and present it to senior management or a client

  • Utilize statistical software to manage and organize information monitoring the progress of research projects

  • Manage and organize information with statistical software conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts

About the Role

  • 3+ years’ experience in Proven Market Research Analysis experience or related field

  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office

  • Possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen

  • Strong communication and presentation skills & Strong analytical and critical thinking

  • Working knowledge with CRM programs

  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)

  • Advise clients or senior management on the best ways to use provided data

  • BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field.
