What You’ll Do

Actively generate viable leads in the Blockchain industry for prospective partners that satisfy internal criteria and KPIs.

Source, due diligence and work with the team to execute high-value strategic partnerships with start-ups that are considering developing on blockchain' technology and other types of companies that could bring value to the ecosystem.

Implement creative and modern techniques to generate and qualify viable partners across the region.

Help ensure the client portfolio grows while being diversified, stable and profitable.

Develop competitive analysis to identify Blockchain market trends, customer needs, and pricing/rate structure across the industry.

Liaise with the product, legal, and engineering to make sure partners are satisfied and feedbacks are being implemented in our product.

Expansion by securing and onboarding new partners in the Blockchain ecosystem including wallets, apps, exchanges, etc.

Participate & lead all strategic fintech/Blockchain meetings.

Actively manage the resulting pipeline to help expedite conversion at every stage of the funnel and forecast appropriately.

Partner with the marketing team to define, design & execute marketing campaigns persistently and consistently.

In coordination with product marketing, continually assess the competitive landscape and analyze in order to identify the tools & assets required to counter.

As the BDA, you will be focused on helping to build and expand a pipeline of both blockchain and non-blockchain partners that will benefit from working with ABC.

Be responsible for identifying emerging use-cases and performing outreach to increase ABCs adoption.

Research and prioritize blockchain DeFi opportunities and partnerships.

Identify and approach prospective partners while effectively communicating ABCs' value proposition.
About the Role

Understanding blockchain technologies and DeFi is a plus
-
4 years experience in business development or partnerships in a technology/blockchain company
-
Comfortable in a startup, rapid-growth environment

Must be able to work independently and take charge of your own tasks

Track record of developing, negotiating, and closing partnership deals
-
The role is ideal for someone that has a genuine interest in blockchain technology and wants to build a career in business development within the space.
